Inside, Outside This Summer!
With Summer approaching, many of us will be looking forward to spending time outside in our garden, conservatory or outdoor space.
Warmer temperatures and sunshine will hopefully be the order of the day!
Yet when you spend time outside, you can have an inspirational design to your ‘outdoor rooms.’
This is often referred to as ‘bringing the inside, outside’ if you have a patio, lawn or a little quiet spot in the garden.
Or, you might have a summerhouse, orangery, a gazebo, a garden room or a conservatory.
If this is the case, then the reverse is the case; you’ll want to bring ‘the outside, inside!’
Outdoor Spaces
From landscaped gardens to a tiny yard, a balcony or a fore courted front, most of us have some access to outdoor space.
As most outdoors spaces include or have access to plants or similar, our range of plant accessories is hard to beat.
If you have a conservatory, summerhouse or similar, then these are perfect for Summer evening, whiling away a few hours before the sun sets.
Most of the items we have for sale are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use … it goes without saying that glass, ceramics and other breakable items should be kept away from children.

Furniture Works transforms pre-loved items into bespoke products and accessories.

Outdoor moments with friends or family are often relaxed yet memorable ones!
From a delicious bbq to chilled drinks, from candles to cocktails, some great memories can be made.
Candles tend to blow out in a breeze, and wax can also be a problem. Prevent both issues with an Aztec design glass candle holder.

You might have dedicated, all-year-round furniture in yout

Other stylish additions to large or small spaces including metal stars which could form a centrepiece for your outdoor living experience.
Keeping It Stylish
When you invest in outdoor furniture or preloved bespoke items, there are ways you can protect both.
helping prevent those unwanted tea, coffee or wine stains.
If you are hosting a drinks evening, snacks are a must and a ceramic trinket dish provides lots of space for tasty morsels.
Décor For Special Summer Times
Shabby chic rarely goes out of fashion!
This timeless trend includes tables, chairs and accessories that appear to have that vintage, slightly worn look.
This can be in the form of distressed paintwork and worked metal finishes.
Shabby chic is usually in softs pastels or pale shades and is often connected with comfortable, relaxed cottage-style décor.
Textiles include natural materials such timbers, stylish ceramics, metals and soft furnishings such as cottons, wicker and more.
Shabby chic is often connected to recycling and upcycling furniture items and accessories, which is one of our key USPs.
